The Enthusiast offers a platform for users to list, browse, and purchase vehicles and related products. All listings are subject to approval, and The Enthusiast reserves the right to reject or remove any listing without prior notice.

3. Listings and Payments

Users can post listings for vehicles and related items through the Website. You agree that any listing you post must comply with the following conditions:

• The information provided in the listing must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• Listings will start getting charged after the initial free period of 3 months, after which listing fees apply. **(Any listings created in the free 3 months period won’t get charged)**
• Pricing is subject to change.
• The Enthusiast does not guarantee the sale of any item listed on the Website.

Payment and Donations:

• 15% of listing fees are donated to charity, supporting both human and animal causes.
• Charities supported by The Enthusiast include the Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation, and Yaps or RSPCA.

4. Refund Policy

All fees paid for listings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or at the discretion of The Enthusiast. If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 30 days of approval.

5. User Conduct 

By using this Website, you agree that:

• You will not use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
• You will not post false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• You will not engage in any activity that could harm the Website, including attempts to hack or overload the Website.
